## Practice Management System (Animana)

We use Animana, a secure and professional practice management system. Your details and those of your animal(s) are stored in this system, allowing us to maintain a complete and up-to-date medical record.

We only share your personal data with third parties when this is necessary to fulfil our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into data processing agreements with companies that process personal data on our behalf to ensure an appropriate level of security and confidentiality.
